Nestled on the 5th floor of Ebisu’s Zensa building, CHAP Shaved Ice offers a tranquil, reservation-only kakigori experience by chef-pâtissier Wakaba Nakakita. Known for his Michelin-starred background, Nakakita crafts inventive kamigori combining savory and sweet flavors, such as the 'China Melon' and 'Miyazaki Mango Sticky Rice’. With only about 10 seats, and a stylish, minimalist design, CHAP creates an intimate 'shaved ice salon' atmosphere.
