By using vibe ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app. Simple.
vibe is a venue discovery platform. We help you find places to go in your city based on your taste and context. We are not a booking platform, payment processor, or social network.
You can use vibe anonymously or sign in with Apple. If you sign in, your saves and taste profile sync across devices. You're responsible for your account security.
We collect usage data (swipes, saves, queries) to improve recommendations. We don't sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Venue information (photos, hours, descriptions) comes from public sources and AI-assisted enrichment. We try to keep it accurate but can't guarantee it. Always verify hours and availability directly with venues.
Don't abuse the app, spam the API, reverse-engineer the recommendation algorithm, or use automated tools to scrape venue data. Don't impersonate others or submit false feedback.
vibe may offer premium features via in-app subscription. Subscriptions are managed through Apple and subject to Apple's terms. You can cancel anytime in your iPhone Settings.
vibe is provided "as is." We're not liable for venue closures, bad experiences, incorrect information, or any damages arising from use of the app. Use your own judgment when visiting venues.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
