Ramen with Vietnamese twist

Hachan Ramen is a celebrated new entrant to Tokyo's ramen scene. Opened in April 2023 by Vietnamese chef Luong Van Ha, who trained with the Tokyo group 麺処ほん田, this small shop near Hamamatsuchō has garnered attention for its clear shoyu and shio ramen. Especially noteworthy are the kombu-water tsukemen and 2nd place award-winning mazemen from Tokyo Ramen of the Year 2023.
