Located in Moon Shiny No. 2 Building, Maruyama Shokudō is a long-standing tonkatsu institution renowned for its use of rare Hayashi SPF pork, making its fillet and loin tonkatsu a must-try for enthusiasts. Originally founded by Masakazu Maruyama, also the founder of Tonkatsu Aoki, it is currently run by his son Yohei.
