Menya Shono is the flagship ramen shop of the Mensho group, located in Ichigaya since 2005. Known for its creative, seasonal ramen and tsukemen, the shop features a consistent pork-and-seafood soup base with ever-changing toppings. The space is compact with around 15 counter seats, using a ticket vending machine for efficient ordering and solo dining focus.
