1927 mansion dining

Ogasawara Hakushaku-tei is a 1927 Spanish colonial-style estate in Shinjuku, originally built for Count Ogasawara Nagayoshi. Now a fine-dining venue, it offers modern Spanish omakase with seasonal ingredients crafted by Spanish head chef Gonzalo Álvarez. The mansion features richly decorated rooms, expansive gardens, and retains its historical charm.
