Folkways Brewing, tucked in Koto's residential Hirano area, is a minimalistic microbrewery and taproom renowned for its intimate atmosphere. Brewing takes place on-site, with tanks visible from the bar, contributing to the venue's charm. Roughly half of the eight taps are dedicated to in-house beers crafted by head brewer Daisuke Furusawa, including various IPAs, porters, and small-batch creations.
