Coin-washing fortune shrine

Koami Shrine, founded in 1466, serves as the local guardian shrine in Nihonbashi. Its 1929 pre-war wooden structure, including a rare pentagonal kaguraden, survived the bombings of WWII and is now a designated cultural property. Known as a power spot for luck and warding off evil, it's famous for the coin-washing Benzaiten well, attracting visitors looking for financial prosperity.
