Meiji-era red-brick art hub

The Mitsubishi Ichigokan Museum is a marvel in Tokyo’s Marunouchi district, with its reconstructed Meiji-era red-brick facade. Originally designed by British architect Josiah Conder in 1894, the building now houses a fine art museum featuring late 19th to early 20th-century Western art. Situated within the Marunouchi BRICK SQUARE complex, it includes a serene garden courtyard and is complemented by Cafe 1894.
