Zapp is a longtime soul music bar nestled in the basement of Ikebukuro’s Kyōei Building. Open since 1985, it specializes in 70s–80s soul, funk, and R&B played exclusively from vinyl records. The dimly lit space is adorned with Zapp & Roger decor.
