Shohei manago's cacao lab

nib is a cacao-focused dessert lab and chef’s table located in the historic Nisshōkan building of Nihonbashi Kabutochō. Operated by chocolatier Shohei Manago, it offers experimental multi-course cacao experiences that go beyond traditional chocolate. The space features an intimate 8-seat U-shaped counter where guests can watch the cacao preparation in an open-kitchen 'lab' atmosphere.
